On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: The Office of Highway Safety and the Department of Property & Procurement have launched an initiative requiring seat belt compliance stickers in more than 1,400 government vehicles to improve low seat belt usage rates and cut down on serious crashes. VITEMA is urging residents to stay alert as a tropical wave passes through the territory, with forecasters also tracking Tropical Storm Gabrielle and another disturbance in the Atlantic. Police on St. Thomas are investigating a stabbing at Margaritaville Hotel and Resort after a fight between two men ended with one being stabbed and the suspect fleeing the scene.
