On today's WTJX Radio NewsFeed: A man and a woman have been arrested in connection to a February robbery that occurred at WAPA’s Richmond Power Plant on St. Croix. A federal judge has granted a request to postpone the sentencing of former chief operating officer for the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority, Darin Richardson. Governor Albert Bryan Jr. announces his intention to call lawmakers into a special session to address three legislative proposals, one of which includes a measure to prohibit lawmakers from collecting both a full government salary and a full retirement annuity.
