A 25-year-old St. Croix man was arrested after police recovered a loaded 9mm firearm from his home while executing a warrant in connection to an October shooting incident. The Virgin Islands Board of Elections will host a voter registration drive and voting machine demonstration Friday at the St. Croix Educational Complex to help students learn the voting process and register eligible students for upcoming elections.
