On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed, we speak with Hugo Hodge Jr., the St. Thomas/St. John Horse Racing Commission Chair about the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the December 22 horse races where three horses were euthanized after sustaining injuries during the races. A report from the Virgin Islands Inspector General’s office reveals that over a six-year period the Virgin Islands Department of Agriculture missed out on over $4 million dollars it was supposed to receive for its Revolving Fund.
