On today's WTJX NewsFeed, Territorial Epidemiologist, Dr. Ester Ellis, provides an update regarding the Department of Health Pediatric Lead Level Testing Initiative. During a hearing for the Committee on Budget, Appropriations and Finance, the Department of Public Works revealed they will seek additional funding outside of the requested $5.1 million for the Paul E.
