A bold daylight shooting on St. Thomas claimed the life of 29-year-old Everton G. Ralph Jr, marking the territory’s 18th homicide for the year and the 2nd shooting death on St. Thomas within 72 hours. Police have arrested 20-year-old Ajani Prentice in connection to the Oswald Harris Court shooting that claimed the life of 28-year-old Shyiane Degallerie. Governor Albert Bryan Jr. left the territory today to head to Washington, D.C. for a meeting on Wednesday with U.S. Secretary of Education Linda McMahon. Listen to these stories and more.
