On today’s WTJX Radio NewsFeed: The government has acquired 2,469 acres at Maroon Ridge and Annaly Bay on St. Croix, officials call it the largest and most meaningful land purchase in Virgin Islands history. A bomb threat forced the closure of both public high schools on St. Croix today, while an apparent sick out by school monitors later forced the closure of all public schools on the island.
